The Amore and Fortiore projects have been submitted to the European Social Fund (ESF), which will provide us with financial support for the implementation of these projects, which also establishes the management’s commitment. We take these projects very seriously.

AMORE BUSINESS CASE: we focus on the development of an HR policy:

  • Critical analysis of wage policy and development of new and adaptive wage policy

FORTIORE BUSINESS CASE: we focus on training, tailored to the most important needs that our employees have indicated, and with the following focus points:
